About

my story and WHO
I AM
LUKAS FAUSER – initiated into kundalini meditation by universal peace wisdom teacher /2023
inspired

by the peace of the divine vibration of Guru Mahan and the belief that every healing is a slow return of remembering.

I PRACTICE

to merge deeper with the divine. To understand fully the matrix of light layered behind this beautiful existence.

TEACH I

To bring peace to the mind – and with it, to life. To elevate the consciousness of every single being, and therefore leading to a reconnection with the true self.

MY PATH

into yoga began with a very practical intention: I wanted to become more flexible, improve my mobility, and balance the heavy use of my body through various kinds of sports. Yet, over time, the practice revealed something far deeper. Beyond the physical benefits, I noticed a subtle but profound shift in my daily life — more presence and clarity.

My first steps were rooted in physical Hatha Yoga, practiced online, before flowing into in-person Vinyasa and Hatha Flow classes.
Soon, I discovered Kundalini Yoga, whose dynamic and powerful nature deeply resonated with me. It had a unique way of quieting my otherwise very active mind and gently bringing me back into the present moment.

In 2023, a meaningful encounter at a yoga event in Switzerland led me then finally to the Universal Peace Foundation and into the meditative depths of traditional Kundalini Yoga. Here, the focus shifted from movement to energy — from outer form to inner experience.
Through these practices, I began to gain a deeper understanding of the subtle layers of myself and the ancient Eastern wisdom woven into these sacred teachings passed down for thousands of years.

Guided by an inner calling, I traveled then to India to immerse myself in this timeless knowledge — practices designed to purify the body and mind, awaken consciousness, and reconnect us with our true essence: the soul and the infinite divine vibration of energy that flows through all life.

This journey continues to unfold, and it is from this space of presence, devotion, and curiosity that I share yoga today — as a path of transformation, remembrance, and gentle awakening, with all who feel called to walk it.

God Bless, Amen – Santhosam.
