These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.divinesoulpath.ch (“Website”) and all services offered by Lukas Fauser (“Provider”, “I”, “me”, or “my”), including coaching, healing, yoga sessions, workshops, online appointments, and related services (“Services”). By accessing the Website or booking any Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Services.

1. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all agreements between the Provider and clients (“Client”, “you”) relating to Services offered via the Website, email, phone, or any third-party booking platform.

2. Services Offered

• Spiritual coaching sessions
• Healing sessions (energy work, sound therapy, intuitive guidance)
• Yoga and meditation sessions
• Workshops or group events
• Online or in-person sessions

Disclaimer: Services are not medical treatments and do not replace professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking
Appointments can be booked via the Website, email, phone, or third-party booking platforms.

3.2 Payment
Payment is due as indicated at the time of booking. Accepted methods include bank transfer, TWINT, cash, or online payment (if applicable).

3.3 Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only after written confirmation from the Provider (email or automated message).

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1 Client Cancellation

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are free of charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before or no-shows incur 100% of the session fee.

4.2 Provider Cancellation
The Provider may cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies, or other valid reasons. Paid fees will be refunded or applied to a rescheduled session.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

• Services do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
• Clients are responsible for their own physical and mental health.
• If currently under medical or psychiatric care, consult your healthcare provider before using the Services.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• provide accurate information
• attend sessions on time
• follow safety instructions during physical or movement-based sessions
• act responsibly and respectfully

The Provider reserves the right to refuse service if the Client behaves inappropriately or is under the influence of drugs or alcohol (unless specifically agreed for ceremonial contexts).
